Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 16 years old to use AIQINITY. You may not use the service for any illegal purpose.

You may use AIQINITY to build apps, websites, and internal tools for personal, commercial, or business use. You may not use AIQINITY to build products that are illegal, harmful, or that violate the rights of others.

You own the projects, code, and content you create on AIQINITY. We do not claim ownership over anything you build. By using AIQINITY, you grant us a limited licence to store and serve your projects as part of providing the service.

Paid plans are billed monthly. A 7-day free trial is offered on Pro and Business plans — no credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the first month. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or data loss. We recommend maintaining your own backups of important projects.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIQINITY is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Norway.
