Privacy Policy

Account data: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password.

Project data: The apps, code, and files you create on AIQINITY are stored on our servers so you can access them from any device.

Usage data: We collect basic usage statistics (number of AI requests, features used) to improve the product. We do not sell this data.

Billing data: Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We receive only non-sensitive billing metadata (plan, status, renewal date).

We use your data to provide and improve the AIQINITY service, communicate with you about your account, process payments, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

AIQINITY uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Supabase — database and authentication hosting (supabase.com/privacy)

Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)

Anthropic — AI generation (anthropic.com/privacy). Note: your prompts may be processed by Anthropic's systems.

Vercel — website hosting (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
